Every time I go outside people always stare. They stare like they have seen the devil in the flesh or like I have the weirdest face ever. Some people even back away like if they get close to me they’ll catch a fatal disease or something. But I feel perfectly normal. If I approve of myself and my family does to, who cares what other people think. Just because I’m emo, dress in black and wear eyeliner doesn’t make me different. Yes, emos have a reputation, a real bad one. People judge us and treat us like trash, like we are not worth anything. You might think that emos only feel depression, but its not true. Emos have feelings too and we are humans just like you. It makes us feel bad when people make fun us. When every time they talk about something sad, they come up with a comment “oh my god this is so emo, I feel like cutting myself”. well that believe it or not it makes me angry. How do you think that makes us feel? huh? People also say that if you’re emo you’re officially bisexual. It is not true. What you people don’t understand is that, well is that we are not just bisexual and you need to stop judging. Ok. Understand? Next time, if you see an emo or a Goth smile and give eye contact because we are not bad people and we don’t want to kill anybody
